Business Systems Analyst

This varied role includes:
  • On-going technical liaison and management of Diva’s International partners and their systems
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of projects relating to the integration and transition of existing systems and applications
  • Project management for the implementation of a new warehouse management system
  • Development and implementation of business reporting requirements
 To be successful in this role you must possess:·         A tertiary qualification within IT·         A minimum of 2-3 years commercial experience in similar roles·         Understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Macros·         Demonstrated excellent communication and liaison skills and the ability to deal effectively with a wide range of people·         Ability to question existing processes to find root causes for system or process problems·         Ability to influence the decision making process and manage end user expectations·         Australian Permanent residency or citizenship  Experience in crystal reports/SQL queries and ERP systems is preferred.
