National Retail Manager

This challenging job role requires candidates to successfully multi task to affect the efficient and successful handling of day to day store operations, merchandising standards, and team resource training & planning. Most importantly you must provide exciting and confident leadership with an absolute focus on assisting stores to achieve their daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.

It is essential that you are able to demonstrate significant retail experience preferably in a National Retail Manager position. You must possess sound financial management skills including the ability to analyse data to make effective business decisions and demonstrate the ability to build a high performing operations team.

This is a Melbourne based role, however regular interstate travel is a key requirement and will necessitate multiple interstate trips every month.
