To ensure our continued success we are looking for an individual who displays commitment, focus, respect and a strong selling orientation to manage one of our adairs stores. Ideally your enthusiasm and drive will be supported by your experience in retailing, people management and exposure to personalized sale targets.

Your role as a Store Manager will require you to:

• Lead your team towards the achievement of company KPIs including outstanding customer
  service delivery
  
• Provide your team with support and guidance in the area of training and development
  
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management with regards to the operation of functions within your store
